What is Perito Moreno Glacier + Nautical Safari (Premium)?

The Perito Moreno Glacier is the most impressive glacier tongue of the Southern Patagonian Ice Field. In this trip you will have one of the best views while sailing only a few meters away from its 70-meters-high ice wall.

We will start our trip at Bajo Las Sombras port and sail across Lago Argentino until stopping only a few meters away from the Perito Moreno glacier wall. 

You will visit Los Glaciares National Park, which was declared a World Heritage site by UNESCO.

You will walk into a forest of native trees, such as ñires, guindos, and lengas, which is habitat of the Magellanic woodpecker

In the Andean-Patagonian forest, you will see flowers of many colours, such as the flaming red flowers of the Chilean firetree.

Is transportation included?

Yes. If you are staying in or around the centre of El Calafate, our buses will pick you up and drop you off at your hotel. 

What time are they going to pick me up at the hotel?

We will pick you up between 08:30 and 09:00 AM.

Please, wait for the bus at your hotel lobby, at the above-mentioned time.

What is the duration of the activity?

This activity has an average duration of 8 hours.

Is lunch included?

No, lunch is not included. However, we will make a stop at a mountain hut that offers local food.

I have children with me, can I bring them?

Yes. This activity is for all ages.

I have children with me, do they pay the same fare as adults?

No. Children between 0 and 2 do not pay any fare. Children between 3 and 9 pay child fare.

There is someone with limited mobility in my group, can they take part in this activity?

Unfortunately, our buses do not have the required accessibility for people in wheelchairs.

What to wear: comfortable footwear, warm clothes (sweater, sweatshirt and/or jacket), gloves and hat if it is very cold.
